Chas,
You are on my mind everyday. I'm so happy you are doing well I received the card uou sent from Columbia. Thank you so much. I must say your writing is superb -- so very interesting!! I'm saving everything you send. Your Dad gave me copies of pictures you sent them. They are beautiful.
Chas, please take care of yourself. I love you; I pray for your safety and good health.
Keep well.

Chasser-baby!!!!

Man, I think you should consider becoming a travel writer - you just keep making me want to read more and more. It's really good to hear that you're doing well, and that you enjoyed your time in La Paz and Cochabamba. It is particularly good to hear that you were able to overcome your initial sorta discomfort with La Paz. I think that having the ability feel that way about a place initially and overcome it is harder than it sounds, especially when you're alone. I give you props for that big bro. I'm also a bit jealous of the fact that you're getting three course meals for under $10. I can't get a decent burrito and a drink in the square for the price you're probably paying for some of the amazing meals that you've had.
Anyhow, things are going well in Cambridge. I got back from Harvard-Yale this past Saturday night (it's Sunday night right now). We beat Yale 37-6 and took the Ivy League title (pretty legit). The soccer team also skunked yale that morning 4-0 (also ridonculously legit). I had dinner with Marlin while I was up there which went well. I had had a hellish weak with work the week before, which made the weekend pretty enjoyable (even though it was freezing). I leave to go home for thanksgiving on tuesday which I'm excited for (man, I can't believe you won't be home for THANKSGIVING!). Anyhow, it's awesome to hear that you're doing well, and I guess since you're in brazil, you're really doing well. I love you bro, and tell Chris I say what's up. Peace!!!!!!
